Will you assign or recommend a diet plan for me?
At Virtuous Nutrition, we take a non-diet approach with our clients, meaning we do not give our clients a set diet or menu plan to follow. Instead we educate our clients the impact of their current food and lifestyle choices on their health and how to make long-term sustainable changes.
At times we get clients who want a diet plan approach, and we are able to assist them as well. We make no guarantees that this diet plan approach will give results they are after and we encourage our clients to think of long-term goals and not just short term goals.
